Dietrich Pielsticker, born in Essen, works as a lawyer at the law firm PIELSTICKER MOHME in Berlin. He studied in Berlin, Freiburg and Munich. In addition to this, he is admitted as Attorney-at-Law in the State of New York in the US. In 2005 he completed a training course in mediation at the German Lawyers‘ Academy (DAA) and qualified as a business mediator at Centrale für Mediation (CfM).

He earned his Master of Arts degree (Master of Arts) in Mediation at the Europe University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder. In 2013 he wrote a legal commentary on the Law on Mediation in collaboration with his colleague at adribo Roland Fritz and which was published by the German publishing house Luchterhand.
